Marketing Process
01. Listen
The first step in the marketing process, for any of our services, is to listen to our clients. Tell us what your needs, problems, and goals are. This will allow us to start the solution building process.
04. Create
Now that we have identified a solution, it’s time to get to work. The creation phase is where we put the plan into action, creating a tangible product. This could be a logo, website, brochure, business card, display ad, phone book ad, catalog or other marketing medium.
02. Research
To provide an effective solution, we must conduct market research. What is the market standard? What are you doing now? How can we meet your goals within your budget? These are all questions that will be answered during this phase of process.
05. Test
The test phase is the last step before implementation. This phase of the process differs based upon the service we are providing. In example, A/B testing is often conduction during the test phase of social media marketing or PPC marketing services. Conversely, in print or digital display marketing, this is the proof phase.
03. Identify
After we have listened to our clients needs and conducted initial market research, we will identify potential solutions for approval. Clear communication and the identification step of the marketing process provides a solid foundation for the next three steps.
06. Implement
This is the final step of the marketing process. Once a project has been tested and approved, it is implemented. In other words, the marketing medium becomes part of our client’s marketing mix and is active in the market.
